Hi everyone. Sorry that you’ve found this site in construction. Recently we’ve decided to turn these pages into a kind of museum, looking back at the original BoardFree journeys across the UK and then Australia.

Since BoardFree pushed into Brisbane on January 22 nd 2007 twenty-eight other distance longboard journeys have occurred with the help or (dare we say it!) inspiration of BoardFree, raising over £100,000 for worthwhile causes in the process. Time commitments have meant that this website is to become a static affair, but the founders of BoardFree are determined to continue sharing knowledge and enabling would-be endurance athletes to make the most of their charity journeys. As such, we have created a new forum to assist the efforts of ordinary people achieving extraordinary things, but this time not just on longboards or skateboards!
