At 14:30 on Saturday 19th December British Adventurer Dave Cornthwaite paddled his Wilderness Systems kayak 'Nala' through the Murray Mouth, having travelled 2476km from the source of Australia's greatest river. Raising funds for the AV Foundation's solar and water project along the way, Dave has already started work on a book about his adventure, which will highlight the magnetisim of the Murray as well as a serial list of problems facing the river in the region's latest drought.
