We're a bit greedy here at Paddle HQ, because we've got two HQs! They're very close to each other, though, which makes our lives very easy.

Before we introduce our HQs, please do feel free to pay us a visit if you happen to be in the Hilperton area of Wiltshire. Our official office is in a lovely building full of canoes and kayaks, it's perfect! We made friends with Jenny, Terry, Maddy and Laurie Sinclair when we moved to Wiltshire to start the project, and it so happens that they run The Family Adventure Store, and they're paddle specialists! After a while they got so sick of us hanging around that they told us to stay and set up office in their upstairs bit. So here we are!

Just down the path runs the Kennet & Avon canal, and right on the canal is the Great Big Paddle training base, Aslan! Aslan is a 45 foot narrowboat, he was born in 1907 but is very cosy inside. If you help out with the project at some point, whether you're part of a support crew or have been generous enough to become a partner of the project, there is a very good chance you'll meet Aslan.
